All services are provided by a registered Malaysian company operating under the Sen Do Wellness brand. All content, intellectual property, and wellness methods featured here are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and patent laws, and are used with full legal authorization.

Our signature hot and cold therapy is currently patent-pending in Malaysia, and any attempt to reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercialise this method without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Booking, Payment, Refund & Reschedule Policy

By booking or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Physical Services

Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid session forfeiture. Sen Do Wellness reserves the right to impose a rescheduling fee or deduct one session for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Once a session has commenced, it is deemed to have been fully delivered, and no refunds will be provided. In cases of absence due to verified medical reasons, clients may submit a doctor’s note to request a deferral or transfer, subject to approval.

Courses (Online / Offline)

A full refund may be granted within seven (7) days of payment, provided that the course has not yet commenced. Once a course has started, no refunds shall be issued. However, the participant may transfer the booking or defer to a subsequent batch, subject to availability. Promotional or complimentary courses are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Products

Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Products that have been opened, used, or are not defective are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers must notify Sen Do Wellness within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery if any damage or defect is discovered.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted through the official WhatsApp or email channels of Sen Do Wellness. Upon verification and approval, eligible refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days.

Legal Basis

This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 1999, the Contract Act 1950, and the Trade Descriptions Act 2011 of Malaysia. By proceeding with any booking or payment, clients are deemed to have accepted and agreed to this policy in full. Sen Do Wellness reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

Price & Availability Disclaimer

Sen Do Wellness reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or availability issues on its website or materials at any time and without prior notice. In the event of such errors, Sen Do Wellness reserves the right to cancel or amend affected orders and will notify customers where appropriate.

12. User Comments & Testimonials

By submitting feedback, testimonials, reviews, or other content (via email, WhatsApp, forms, or other channels), you grant Sen Do Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, use, publish, and share that content for promotional or service improvement purposes.

We may remove or withhold content that we deem offensive, misleading, or inappropriate. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you submit.

13. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints

All course materials, therapy processes, visuals, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of the Sen Do Wellness group of companies. These materials are protected by applicable law and are used by the operating company with full authorization. Any attempt to reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercialise these methods without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
